Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

 

We offer 14-day returns on orders. You must send back the returned products within 14 days of receiving the items. No returns made after this time frame will be accepted.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear), gift cards, and sale items (including items purchased during promotional events) are considered final sales.


To start a return, you must contact us at kaalixto@psylos1.com with your order number, a list of the items you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our Customer Service team receives your request, return instructions will be sent to you.

Items sent back to us without our Customer Service Team’s confirmation will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee for non-merchant-related reasons, such as size exchanges or personal preferences. Contact our customer service team to receive the return address details. Ensure you provide the tracking information once the shipment is made.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All jewelry, intimates (bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear), gift cards, and sale items (including items purchased during promotional events) are considered final sales. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We will NOT be including the original shipping fee because it is non-refundable.

Please Notes:

Return part items of your order may affect your eligibility for certain promotion events (the discount range may be downgraded, and the refund will be adjusted to the eligible discount range based on the remaining order).

All items are not eligible for price match.
